How we Get Here! Nitro Explosives Tanzania

Nitro Explosives was founded by Johan Viljoen South African businessman and entrepreneur and Tanzanian businessman Yussuf H. Mushi already running several companies in Tanzania and who believed in the success of this new enterprise. The board of the company is also composed by several financial partners who allowed the building of the capital of Nitro Explosives Tanzania.

Nitro Explosives Main Office is located in Arusha which hosts the bulk of the management and operational staff, including Financial Management, Operations and Logistics Management, HR, and New Business Development. 

Our Distribution points, magazines situated at Mirerani-Simanjiro serving Mirerani Mines, Nanyala-Mbozi serving the Southern zone, Makombe-Lugoba serving the Eastern & Central zone, and Kitengwe-Nzega on the making targeting to serve the lake Zone. At Mavuji (Lindi Region) Emulsion Plant is set up, ready to manufacture mid June 2021, this will supply the whole of Tanzania and neighboring countries using Bulk Tankers and MMU’s. With this set up, Nitro can easily supply Commercial explosives to our clients in various places within Tanzania and Neighboring Countries.
